Thank you very much, Simon. And thank you all this morning for attending our interim results presentation for the half year ended the 30th of June 2021. I'm joined this morning by Kevin Flynn, our CFO, who will present a financial review as well as by Marc Bishop Lafleche, who's going to cover part of the portfolio review later in the presentation. As usual, we will conclude with questions and answers at the end of the session.
Before beginning the formal business of the meeting, I thought it appropriate to say a few words about the announcement this morning that I am stepping down from my role as CEO in due course. With an experienced management team in place and after 8 years, it now feels like the right time to hand over to somebody else and for me to pursue other business
