Great. Hi, everybody, and thanks for having me today at the conference. So, we're here to talk about EverGen Infrastructure Corp., which is a company that my partners and I founded about two years ago. We recently went public on the TSXV under the ticker EVGN. I'll just move ahead on the slides here.
So what you're seeing on slide 2 is really a snapshot of what we do at EverGen. What we are is we're a acquirer, developer, owner, and operator of renewable natural gas infrastructure projects. So these are projects that deliver a green gas into the gas grid, much in the same way that the independent power producers in the Northlands interjects with Boralexes of the world, deliver renewable content into electrical grid, and then have utilities as their partners.
