Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Auryn Resources, Inc. Annual General and Special Meeting. My name is Ivan Bebek, and I'm the Executive Chair of the Board, and I'll be the Chair for the purpose of this meeting.
I'm speaking to you from our head office in Vancouver. With me here are Shawn Wallace, our President and CEO; and Tracy George, our Corporate Secretary. Joining us online are the Auryn Board of Directors; and Mike Timmins, the proposed CEO of Fury Gold.
