Good afternoon. I'll start just with the quick history of Generation Mining. But first I want to thank Frank for a good explanation of the PGMs. There are very few of us out there, and I think that's one of the better projects out there. So good luck to you guys.
The quick history of this, Generation Mining, we're a relatively new company. We began in 2018 out of a spinout from a zinc project. Then we acquired the Marathon Palladium Project from another South African group called Sibanye-Stillwater.
Since that time, we acquired in July of 2019, we put out an updated resource, we put out a PEA, a feasibility study, we got a stream from one of the best -- sorry, the best streaming company in the world, Wheaton Precious Metals. We have engaged Endeavour Financial to help us
