Let's jump straight to -- since the conference, Metals Investor Forum, was just about a week ago and in the interim you have put out one news release that the market didn't react to a lot but I thought was pretty exciting. And maybe the market didn't react because it's your third asset and so it's always that constant battle of trying to get everybody to understand what's going on at all three assets.
