Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Kathleen Conlon, Chairman of Lynas Rare Earths' Board. I'm pleased to welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of the company. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal of the Eora Nation and the traditional owners of the land in which we work and live in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, the Wangkatha. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
This year, for the second time, COVID-19 travel restrictions have meant that some of our directors and shareholders are unable to attend today's meeting in person and instead are joining this meeting online. I'd like to extend a warm welcome to the directors and shareholders joining us online today as well as those here in the room, and we are very pleased to be able to have some people in the room today.
