You've got a long way to go to be able to deliver that, right? So again, institutions must be looking at-- market must be looking at you going. You've got a bunch of baby steps to deliver to prove that this is probably a change of management--change of approach, more importantly, to the asset because forget the checkered past, but it's got to be approached the right way.
