So Newcore -- we're advancing the Enchi project in Ghana. It is a district-scale exploration project. We currently sit at about 1.4 million ounces of inferred resource. We've got a PEA on the project with very robust economics. And where we're trading today? We're trading at about $22 per ounce in the ground. We're back to levels that we traded at about 18 months ago. Obviously, we've sold off with the rest of the market, and I think that presents a tremendous buying opportunity.
