Welcome, everybody, to the presentation of Nolato's acquisition of GW Plastics. And we are most pleased to inform that we have been able to sign the agreement to acquire GW Plastics during the night. And we think this is a very important step in Nolato's development and it's all according to our long-term strategy and plan to grow with acquisitions just like GW Plastics.
I'm turning to Page 2, showing the Nolato's presence before the acquisition. As you see on this picture, we have a very strong footprint in Europe. We have a good footprint in Asia, but we have somewhat a little bit weaker footprint in North America.
Turning to Page 3, summarizing up GW Plastics. GW Plastics is a very well-managed company with a culture that is very similar to Nolato
