Good morning. My name is George Savvides, the Chairman of Next Science Limited. On behalf of your Board, I welcome you to the Next Science 2020 AGM.
I wish to thank everyone online today for utilizing our web AGM meeting facilities. This makes it possible for us to respect the travel and meeting restrictions that would limit shareholder access to a physically convened AGM. I'm chairing the meeting from my office in Melbourne, and I trust you can see and hear me clearly.
Under our constitution, a quorum for a shareholder meeting is 2 voting members. The Company Secretary has confirmed that there is a quorum present in Sydney at the venue being broadcast. [I'm pleased to declare that the] meeting is open.
I'd like to begin by introducing the members of the Board and executives participating in today's meeting. Present in Sydney is Judith Mitchell, our Managing Director; and also our non-Executive Director, Bruce Hancox, who together form our meeting quorum. The other nonexecutive directors have joined us
