Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Annual General Meeting of Otello Corporation ASA. My name is Geir Evenshaug, I'm the External Corporate Counsel of Otello and the Board has asked me to open the meeting and make a registration of represented shares.
VPS registrar has registered in -- just in excess of 70 million shares represented, which equals 50.6% of all issued and outstanding shares.
Item 2 on the agenda is election of a person to chair the meeting. And the Board has asked me to -- or proposed that I chair the meeting, and we have no votes against. So I will continue with Item
