Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Charles-André Tessier, I'm Chair of the Board of (technical difficulty) Tenet Fintech Group, Inc. I'm pleased to welcome you to this annual general and special meeting of the shareholders, and I thank you for your presence. This meeting is being held virtually.
From the company, we're joined by Johnson Joseph, President and CEO and member of the Board; Jean Landreville, our Chief Financial Officer; and Mark Paterson, the company's General Counsel and Secretary.
