We have had focus on cash flow and secured financing, and that has led to a strong foundation for the future. We have a strong financial position as financing cost has increased. We also had record-high net lettings and increased earnings capacity, and we will all come into this a little bit later in the presentation and fill it up with the numbers and more communication.
