But we are going to talk this morning about our project to acquire Collins Aerospace, actuation and flight control business. Collins is today a leading global provider of hydraulic and electromechanical actuation and flight control systems with a business which is basically around $1.5 billion of sales planned in 2024.
We are contemplating this acquisition because it is for us a unique opportunity to expand our aerospace equipment activity in another mission-critical segment, which is a segment of flight controls and actuation. Flight controls is indeed mission-critical equipment for aircraft. This contemplated acquisition in this business has a strong fit with our DNA because it's leading technologies.
