Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the AGM of the SDI Group plc on the kick of time is 11 o'clock. The quorum of members is present, and I therefore declare the meeting open. Under the exceptional circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are rather reluctantly holding the AGM as a closed meeting, although all the directors are here in person.
However, in order to allow our shareholders another potential child, the chance to put questions in a deep voice opinions. The formal AGM will be followed by a Q&A session. And those questions are able as described to submit questions on the ask-a-question
