Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Katherine Grace, Stockland's Chief Legal and Risk Officer and Company Secretary.
Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Stockland's Chairman, Tom Pockett, is unfortunately unable to attend today's Annual General Meetings. As a result, the Board has appointed Melinda Conrad to act as Chairman of today's Annual General Meetings. Before our Meeting Chair, Melinda Conrad, formally opens today's meetings for Stockland Corporation Limited and Stockland Trust, I would like to take you through some procedural matters.
Today's meetings are being held in a hybrid format with security stockholders joining us both in-person and online.
