Welcome to Tivan's half- year update. You'd be aware that I'm Grant Wilson, Executive Chair here. I just want to say thank you for taking the time. And just a couple of reasons to do this session. The first is that it's been quite a while since I've been online with shareholders, answering questions directly. I did try to do that. Some of you will recall, in April, and we had a bit of an AV fail, so we had to re-record that session. And I didn't really get into Q&A.
And it's been six months of dramatic change and all action here. And it hasn't been an opportune moment until now after the cap raise to provide this sort of audience. But I did want to do it because, obviously, part of the firm-wide transformation that I've authored is to ensure that we overhaul communications as between management and shareholders and stakeholders as well. And this session is really geared towards -- to those parties -- let me say that at the top, to shareholders and to stakeholders.
