It's a real pleasure to have with me today Lucian Grainge, Chairman and CEO of Universal Music, the world's #1 music company. So Lucian spent of his entire career in the industry and has signed and worked with a number of worldwide stars, including ABBA, J.D., Elton John, Queen, Rihanna, and The Rolling Stones just to name a few. And his leadership has retransformed UMG into the most successful company in the music industry, culminating the company's listing on the Euronext Amsterdam last year.
