Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us at the presentation of our interim financial results for the half year ended November 30, 2023.
I would also like to extend a warm welcome to Cell C CEO, Jorge Mendes; and acting CFO, El Kope, both of whom will be updating the market on Cell C strategic and operational progress to date. George and his team have performed exceptionally well embedding the strategy Cell C whilst enhancing the management team, and we are pleased with the progress that has been accomplished to date.
Just by way of proceedings, I will provide a short overview of the operating environment and the synopsis of the group's results, followed by key highlights of our core subsidiaries. I will then hand over to Jorge and El to share some insights into Cell C's performance, after which Dean Alan Suntup, our CFO, will take you through the financial results.
