Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for joining us today for Waypoint REIT's 2022 Annual General Meeting. This meeting comprises the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Waypoint REIT Limited and the general meeting of the unitholders of Waypoint Trust.

My name is Laurence Brindle, and I'm the Chair of Waypoint REIT.
