Ladies and gentlemen, good morning. My name is Ira Angrisani. I am the Investor Relation Manager of ACEA. Thank you very much for being here. It's a pleasure to welcome you to the presentation of the business plan of the ACEA Group for the period 2019-2022. The plan is not just an update of the previous one, but it contains a number of novelties, which will be outlined by the CEO.
Let me now move on to the agenda of the day. The president of the company, Ms. Michaela Castelli, will start our event. And then we shall have Mr. Donnarumma, the CEO, who will outline the strategy and the targets of the business plan. We have here a number of board members: Ms. Gabriella Chiellino, Liliana Godino, Massimiliano Capece Minutolo and Giovanni Gani and Mr. Fabrice Rossignol. We also have here a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Ms. Rosina Cichello.
At the end, we shall have a Q&A session, first, for the people here in the room and then for those connected through webcast. At 12:30, there will be a light lunch and a press conference.
