Well, at an operational level, I think we performed very well. So if you look at leasing, we've done more than GBP 11 million worth of new lettings, pretty much in line with the first half last year. We've beaten the underwrite -- or what we call ERV by more than 13%. So we're a long way ahead of where the value is expected us to be. And that's a really good sign of us attracting new customers to our spaces and the quality of our spaces in Central London. So we're really pleased about that.
Our vacancy rate is still very low. It's 3.5%. And if you take all of the deals that we have under offer today, it would fall further to something in the 2%, so that's good. Our reversionary
