Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our conference call. It is my pleasure to update you on a successful 2018 financial year for IMMOFINANZ. Let's come straight to the key figures on Slide #2.
Our occupancy rate has reached a record level of 95.8%, which also puts us among the market leaders internationally. Rental income rose despite sales of properties that are not consistent with our strategy, and adjusted for acquisitions, sales and completions increased by almost 3%. Overall, the result of operations improved by more than 42% to EUR 153 million. The development of our sustainable funds from operations also highlights our increased earnings power.
