Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Q3 call of IMMOFINANZ. My name is Dietmar Reindl, and I'm welcoming you. Let me start with the highlights in our portfolio on Slide 3, please.
We're happy to report that we achieved an occupancy of 95.5%, which is a bit lower than compared to last year, but still also compared with our peers, an excellent result. Our portfolio value is still around EUR 5 billion, and our rental income has even increased by 5.7% compared to Q3 last year. Our gross return is on a level of 6.1% and the result of asset management is at EUR 158.9 million, which is a plus of 3.3%, showing the very consistent and active way of working with our income, but even more with our costs during the
