Well, thank you, and good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining Carla Webb-Sear, our CFO, and myself for the Enero Group full-year 2023 results conference call. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land on which we work, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, and pay our respects to their elders, past, present, and emerging.
The agenda for today's call is outlined on slide 2. I'll first provide an overview of Enero's business performance highlights and how we're responding in real time to a dynamic market. Carla will then take you through the group financials and I'll then outline the continued evolution of our strategy along with a trading update.
