Thanks, [Ari]. Good afternoon. My name is Mark Burgess, I'm the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Quickstep Holdings Limited.

Welcome to our in FY21 interim-results investor call. I'm joined today by our Chief Financial Officer, Alan Tilley. And as explained just now, there will be an opportunity for questions once I complete a short overview of our business results for the first half and outlook.

I'll start by highlighting the recent completion of our acquisition of the Boeing Australia maintenance repair and overhaul capability in Melbourne. This was announced on November 13 and is notable for being the group's first ever acquisition, the manner in which it was funded, and the growth opportunity it presents both here and in global markets.
