This strategic collaboration aims to secure $400 million in debt and equity capital to develop over 2000+ affordable housing units that are currently in various stages of being entitled and permitted.

This strategic collaboration aims to secure $400 million in debt and equity capital to develop over 2000+ affordable housing units that are currently in various stages of being entitled and permitted.
This collaboration between the two organizations involves the development of mixed-income projects including Workforce, Affordable and Social Impact housing in underserved areas with a strong need for affordable housing units.
As part of this engagement, Walker & Dunlop is assisting Logos Development identify, structure, and negotiate the necessary debt and equity capital to ensure the successful development of these properties.
