I welcome all the directors and auditors of the company and other dignitaries to this extraordinary general meeting of their company. Since the Chairman of the company could not make it to attend this meeting due to his other than business commitments. As for the Articles 105 of the Articles of Association of the company, I request the directors present to elect one amongst themselves as the chairman.
