Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Argos; Investor Day. We're going around the country. We came out of COVID, I guess in tried this last year where we combined the meetings of Argo investments and Argo infrastructure, a Little bit more informal, a little bit more time for Q&A, which I think, was relatively well received.
So look, thanks for your support. Thanks for coming. My name is Jayson Beddow. I'm the Managing Director of Argo investments and Argo infrastructure on stage. I've got Paul Frost, one of the investment analysts at Argo and a special guest. We've got Tyler Rosenlicht from Cohen & Steers. So it's Tyler's first trip to Adelaide, he went out for running the dock this morning because it's waking up at three in the morning, he found the river and he thought it was a pretty nice place.
