Good morning, everybody. Thanks for taking the time this morning to join us to have a chat through the FY24 annual results. So I'll talk a little bit through the strategy and then I'll hand over to Mark to talk through some of the financial stuff, and then we'll be opening it up for a Q&A session at the end.
So for the year, we recorded $139 million net profit after tax, which was up [69%] on the prior period. The big contribution there was a $165 million increase in the fair value of our investment properties. Underlying profit was down a touch from $88 million to $85 million, but operating EBITDA was up from $84 million to $95 million.
Over the year, we increased our total assets by 12%, up to $4.2
