(technical difficulty) Good morning everybody. This is Nic Pollock, the CEO of K2fly. Welcome to our Q3 investor update, which is a regular occurrence for us post our results each quarter. I'm joined by Sara Amir-Ansari, who is our CFO and Jessica Zachary, our marketing manager. And I'd like to thank you for your time and attention in K2fly. And today I'll go through the agenda for today very quickly, and they will give you -- lots of new people in the industry. So that's been a little bit of time at talking about K2fly and what's important to invest, and of course, what's important to act as holders taken interest in hoping ESG and M&A, and then we'll get into the core Q4 results, and summarize and take questions as well.
