Okay, we're going to start right now. So welcome to another installment of Tivan's investor briefings. I think it might be our third or fourth even for the year. That's a function of how much we're getting done here and all of the news flow and new developments. This week was particularly big at Tivan with our pre-feasibility study for the Speewah Fluorite project. on Tuesday and also some really exciting and proud announcements today regarding HR, new people joining us in Darwin. It's for our company, it's a fantastic day, everyone's really excited, it's been a year since we hired people, I think I alluded to it last time, so wonderful day today and wanted to share that as well.
So just some housekeeping at the top as usual, this will run for again 45 minutes to an hour.
