Japanese Yen Declines Against Dollar After Political Uncertainty Subsides

The Japanese yen dipped by 0.5% against the US dollar in early Tokyo trading. The fluctuations came after the initial market shock caused by Shigeru Ishiba winning the Japanese ruling party leadership contest on Friday started to fade.
