Barclays Reports Weak Demand for iPhone 16; Maintains Apple (AAPL) at "Underweight"

Article's Main Image

Barclays has observed data indicating that a key Taiwanese supplier reduced its orders for the iPhone 16 during the December quarter. This reinforces an earlier analysis suggesting shorter global delivery times for the iPhone 16, pointing to potentially weak demand for the new model.

As a result, Barclays continues to maintain an "Underweight" rating on Apple (AAPL, Financial) with a price target of $186.
