Fed Rate Cut Expectations Rise Following Non-Farm Data

After the release of non-farm employment data, the CME FedWatch Tool indicates an increased probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points by November, now at 89.4%, compared to 71.5% before the data was released. The likelihood of a 50 basis points cut by November has decreased to 10.6% from 28.5%.
