Prior to joining Match Group, Mr. Bailey worked at Dow Jones and Heritage Building Group, bringing a wealth of financial expertise to his new role.
In conjunction with his appointment, Match Group has entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Bailey, which includes an annual base salary of $475,000, discretionary annual cash bonuses, and equity awards. The agreement also outlines a series of performance-based restricted stock units, subject to continued employment and performance goals.
The company has also amended the employment agreement with Gary Swidler to reflect his new role as President, maintaining the existing terms and conditions of his contract.
