Telecommunications giant AT&T has approved an agreement with the Communications Workers of America (CWA), affecting approximately 23,000 employees. This deal includes competitive, market-based wage increases that surpass expected inflation rates.
AT&T's agreement also enhances comprehensive retirement benefits and increases the company's financial contributions to employee healthcare. Furthermore, it provides better job security for the workforce.
