Domino's Pizza, Inc. (DPZ, Financial) has announced a significant change in its executive leadership team. On October 16, 2024, Arthur P. D’Elia, the Executive Vice President, International, resigned from his position to pursue opportunities outside the company. Despite his resignation, Mr. D’Elia will remain with Domino's in an advisory capacity until March 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities. During this period, he will continue to receive compensation as per his employment agreement.

In addition to his advisory role, the company has agreed to cover Mr. D’Elia's COBRA premiums for 12 months, provided he opts for COBRA continuation coverage. This benefit will cease if Mr. D’Elia becomes eligible for other health insurance without charge.

Until a successor is appointed, Joseph H. Jordan, the current President of U.S. & Global Services, will oversee the international business operations. Mr. Jordan is well-acquainted with the role, having previously served as the Executive Vice President, International from April 2018 to April 2022.

This leadership transition marks a pivotal moment for Domino's Pizza as it continues to strengthen its international presence under experienced guidance.
