Anglo American Sells Stake in Australian Coal Miner Jellinbah Group

Anglo American Plc has announced an agreement to sell its 33.3% minority stake in Australian coal mining company Jellinbah Group to Zashvin Pty Ltd. This transaction will consolidate Zashvin's ownership of one-third of Jellinbah, alongside Anglo American and Marubeni Corporation. The deal is anticipated to be finalized in the second quarter of 2025.
