Boeing (BA, Financial) workers have voted to accept a new labor contract, concluding a strike that has halted aircraft production for over seven weeks. This agreement removes a significant hurdle for the American aerospace giant in resuming operations and stabilizing its finances.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, which represents approximately 33,000 striking workers, reported that around 59% of its members voted in favor of the deal. The contract includes a 38% wage increase over four years and enhanced retirement contributions.
