ABC Impact Invests $50 Million in HSBC's Tekoma Energy

ABC Impact, a part of Temasek Trust, has agreed to invest $50 million to acquire shares of Tekoma Energy, a Japanese solar company under HSBC Asset Management. This investment was confirmed by both ABC Impact and HSBC, and Tekoma plans to use the funds to develop and upgrade its solar photovoltaic projects.

Tekoma Energy was established in Japan in 2013 and expanded to Taiwan in 2018. The company was acquired by HSBC's energy transition infrastructure team in 2023.
