Michael W. Duffy Resigns; Misha Moylan to Assume Role of Chief Accounting Officer

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (HLT, Financial) has announced a significant change in its executive team. On December 10, 2024, Michael W. Duffy, the company's Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting and Risk Officer, submitted his resignation, effective February 7, 2025. Mr. Duffy is leaving to pursue an opportunity outside of Hilton. Importantly, his departure is not due to any disagreements related to the company's financial statements, internal controls, operations, policies, or practices. He will continue to serve as the principal accounting officer until his departure date.

Following Mr. Duffy's resignation, Misha Moylan, currently the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, will take over as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Moylan has been with Hilton since 2010 and has held various finance and accounting roles, including leading the Internal Audit department since September 2019. His extensive experience within the company positions him well to assume the responsibilities of the principal accounting officer.

There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Moylan and any other person regarding his selection for this role, nor does he have any material interest in any transactions that require disclosure. Additionally, Mr. Moylan has no family relationships with any of Hilton's current directors or executive officers.
