His extensive experience within the company positions him well to assume the responsibilities of the principal accounting officer.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Moylan and any other person regarding his selection for this role, nor does he have any material interest in any transactions that require disclosure. Additionally, Mr. Moylan has no family relationships with any of Hilton's current directors or executive officers.
