Apple (AAPL, Financial) has announced a special New Year promotion on its China online store from January 4 to 7. During this period, consumers can enjoy savings of up to 800 RMB when purchasing selected products using eligible payment methods. The promotion restricts each customer to a maximum of two items per product category.
The available stock for the promotion includes 29,300 iPhone units, 3,500 iPads, 530 MacBooks, 8,350 Apple Watches, 2,590 AirPods, and 940 Apple Pencils. Once sold out, no further stock will be available. According to Apple, customers who purchased products within 14 days prior to the promotion can return and repurchase them to benefit from the reduced prices, effectively receiving a price difference refund.
