His leadership has been instrumental in overseeing approximately $11 billion in global capital deployment across diverse property types and investment strategies. Mr. Chaudhri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in computer science engineering from the University of Michigan, and he is a CFA charterholder.
Tim McHugh, aged 40, has been appointed Co-President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McHugh joined Welltower in 2016 and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company's financial standing. His tenure as CFO since 2019 has seen Welltower achieve exceptional liquidity levels and robust leverage metrics among large-cap REITs. Mr. McHugh will continue to oversee corporate finance, capital markets, financial planning, and other key financial functions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a CFA charterholder.
