I come from the nickel space. I spent 30 years Vale and then Inco. So really for me, nickel is something I believe, I'm not just bullish on it. I live and breathe it. And really what I'm going to do today is tried to kind of bring you through the story, and bring you some of the background on nickel.
So cautionary statements. I won't read them, of course. Just summarizing where we are as a project. So really this is metals for the new economy. We have nickel, we have copper, we have cobalt, and then we have platinum and palladium. And so when you actually look at us, this is a project that really hits all of the necessary points for the electric vehicle market and the energy storage market; and really where the world is going.
Global demand is going crazy. A lot of talk about nickel, it's hitting the airwaves. And it's really not enough nickel out there, and so this is really what the focus that we have of -- this is the time for our project.
