Dr. Charlie Tian, the founder and CEO of GuruFocus, went live today to share new features on the website as well as answer questions from users.
To kick things off, he discussed current market conditions. He also highlighted a new industry performance overview tool for major global stock markets. The feature allows users to view the performance of different industries over a number of periods based on market cap.
Using Microsoft (MSFT, Financial) as an example, another new feature Tian showed off was the GuruAI platform, which is still being developed but available for use. The platform allows users to ask questions related to a company and searches the stored data to find the best answer.
He also responded to a number of questions from users, covering topics like the difference between the GF Value and GF Value rank, estimates data and even some of his favorite screener criteria.
