NVIDIA Resolves Design Flaw in Blackwell AI Chip with TSMC's Help

NVIDIA's CEO, Jensen Huang, announced that the design flaw in the company's latest Blackwell AI chip has been fixed with the support of TSMC. The defect had previously affected production efficiency. Huang acknowledged that the issue was entirely NVIDIA's responsibility, admitting that the design flaw was functional but resulted in low yield rates. During a recent Goldman Sachs conference, he confirmed that these chips are expected to be shipped in the fourth quarter.
