The company has unveiled its 2024 year-end bonus plan, which includes a revised structure comprising a fixed year-end bonus and a target year-end bonus. The target bonus will be determined based on employees' annual performance ratings, calculated as multiples of their monthly salary.

Those with an A rating might get 6.5 times their monthly salary, or an 18.5-month salary annually. Employees with a B+ rating are eligible for a five-month salary bonus, making it a 17-month salary for the year. Even employees with a B- rating will receive a bonus equivalent to three months' salary.
