The company reported a 3.8% increase in net sales to €242.5 million, compared to €233.6 million in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The positive performance was driven by a substantial increase in the average order value, which rose by 8.8% to €753.
The company's gross merchandise value (GMV) also saw an uptick of 3.8%, reaching €261.3 million, affirming the health and resilience of its Mytheresa business model amid challenging macroeconomic conditions. LuxExperience maintained strong profitability with an adjusted EBITDA of €9.3 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 3.9% for Q3 FY25.
LuxExperience completed the significant acquisition of YOOX NET-A-PORTER from Richemont, marking a strategic expansion of its luxury brand offerings. The acquisition is set to add €300-350 million in net sales for the fiscal year ending June 2025. Despite uncertainties related to tariffs, LuxExperience reaffirms its guidance, projecting GMV and net sales growth towards the lower end of its 7% to 13% range for the full fiscal year.
