This accolade highlights DXC's dedication to fostering a supportive workplace environment for its 120,000 employees worldwide, emphasizing the company's ongoing commitment to a people-first strategy.

The recognition from Newsweek, in collaboration with Plant-A Insights Group, was based on a comprehensive assessment that included over 250,000 employee interviews, company reviews, and analysis of more than 120 key performance indicators. The initiative showcases DXC's efforts in talent development, reskilling, and creating an inclusive culture through programs like the award-winning DXC Dandelion Program, supporting neurodivergent individuals in IT careers.
